    Are you sure you are supposed to keep lifting your arms above your head
    like that..I’m pregnant and they say doing that can make the cord go around
    the babies I try to limit all the reaching I do in fear of harming
    my baby..

    How can that affect you baby? It is inside your uterus it is protectec by
    it! Who said that to you sure doesn’t know a thing about female anatomy and
    medicine… I always say, if you have ANY doubt, ask your doctor, no one

    are just uncomfortable for me and I am happy I get to stay in shape
